                 Experts believe that the consumption of two bananas a day or more provides sufficient nutrition to the body and also helps decrease  weight and increase certain vitamins in the body including the following:


1.      Vitamin C. 40% of it are provided to the recommended dietary allowance (RDA). It strengthens the level of amino acid that helps  to burn the fat in the body faster.

2.       Potassium. 26% of it are provided to the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) . It helps the body in avoiding the risk of bloating by regulating the level of sodium.

3.      Vitamin B6. 50% of it re provided to the recommended dietary allowance (RDA). It helps the dieter to preserve its muscle and its metabolism during weight reduction.


4.      Dopamine. Banana helps the body in providing more dopamine. Dopamine are brain chemicals that causes a person to have a full stomach for the long hours and consumes lesser calories.
